Q. I am not a resident of Caseyville. Can I still rent the community center?
A. No, you must live in the city limits of Caseyville to rent this hall. |

Q. I have a Caseyville mailing address, does this mean I can rent the hall?
A. No, not all Caseyville mailing addresses are in the city limits. If you are unsure, you can call Caseyville City Hall at 344-1234 to verify. |

Q. What time can we have access for decorating?
A. You will be allowed access 1 hour before the start of your event. For example- If your time slot is 1:00-4:30, then the doors will be unlocked at 12:00. |

Q. We are having a wedding reception, is there any way we can get access in the morning?
A. Yes, on days where the $475.00 rental fee is paid, we will open the doors to the community center at 9am. The hall will then remain open all day for caterers, DJ's, and decorating. |

Q. We would like to decorate the day before our event. Can we do that?
A. No, decorating is allowed only on the day you have paid to rent the hall. If you would like to pay the rental fee for the day before, we will allow you to decorate then. |

Q. I am having my decorations delivered, can they deliver the day before?
A. Yes, However decorations must be put in the storage area and Caseyville Community Center will not be responsible for lost or stolen items. |

Q. My decorations will not be picked up by the rental company until Monday. What do I do with them?
A. All decorations that will be picked up on Mondays must be placed in the storage room so they do not inconvienence the renters of the following day. |

Q. Do you have Alcohol available?
A. No, we do not provide any alcohol. |

Q. We are having draft beer. Can we provide our own tappers to avoid the $50.00 fee?
A. No, if you are having draft beer, you must pay the $50.00 fee and use the tappers we provide. |

Q. We are having draft beer for our event. When can we have it delivered?
A. All draft beer should be delivered 2-3 days prior to your event. This will allow ample time for the beer to settle and reduce foaming. |

Q. Can we have candles?
A. Yes, provided they are place in regular candle containers. No candles are to be placed within the community center that are not on or in a candle container. Containers are not to be made of plastic. |

Q. Can we tape decorations to the walls?
A. No, such items are prohibited due to possible damage to the wall and paint. |

Q. Can we use confetti?
A. Use of confetti of any type is completely prohibited. Its use may cause loss of full deposit return. |

Q. We are only having wine at our event, do we still have to pay a server?
A. Yes, any alcoholic beverage must be distributed by a Community Center provided server. |
